What You’ll Be Doing

Help drive Trade Republic's most important strategic projects working directly with the executive team.
Take new ideas from zero to one with stakeholders from across the organisation, ensuring success of company‑wide initiatives and product launches.
Play a vital role in driving strategic business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or master's degree from a top‑tier university with excellent grades.
Minimum 1‑2 years of work experience in start‑ups, growth‑stage companies, banking, or consulting.
Excellent German and English skills.
Ambition to build Europe's number one bank, out of Berlin.
