For our client, a global investment bank, we are looking for an Associate to join their very successful team in Frankfurt.

The role involves management and execution of M&A / ECM transactions, coordination of execution, and project management of international teams and cross-border deals.

Tasks

• Management and execution of M&A / ECM transactions / coordination of execution, part (project management) also of international teams, cross-border deals
• Advising clients during transactions, in-house and on site
• Support in project acquisition, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive market and industry analyses, company valuations and research
• Approaching investors, initiating contacts, presenting investment opportunities, handling NDAs and investor documentation
• Training and mentoring analysts

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance at an investment bank, corporate finance or management consultancy
• Excellent academic education
• Very good German and English language skills
