ParkView Partners ("ParkView") is a German, partner‑led investment banking boutique focusing on complex, large‑to‑mid‑cap M&A transactions and public takeovers. We provide unbiased advice to corporates and financial investors on mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, activism defense and other strategic finance decisions. Our senior leadership consists of seasoned investment banking professionals from leading global financial institutions who have advised on some of the most prominent M&A transactions and public takeovers in the DACH region.

We are looking for an Associate Investmentbanking / M&A (m/f/d) to support our growing team in Frankfurt/Main.

Your qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or leading corporate finance boutique
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modelling and business strategy; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 Level) and English
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills; Commercial mindset and proactivity
• Strong academic background

Your responsibilities

You will work in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment alongside experienced investment banking professionals on large‑to‑mid‑cap M&A transactions and other advisory assignments, with a focus on public takeovers. You will get full deal exposure and play a central role in all aspects of executing such transactions and supporting the strategic dialogue with our clients. Our hands‑on approach will help you hone your technical as well as professional skills.

• Detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading multiple, comparable transaction multiple and LBO analysis
• Detailed combination, transaction structuring and other financial analysis
• Day‑to‑day transaction execution and project management
• Preparation of presentations for client meetings, board presentations, management presentations, etc.
• Assistance with new business development
• Daily interaction with the senior leadership team and client management teams
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to analysts
