You will become part of the Material Flow Engineering Team and drive the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of GIGA Berlins Material Flow across the manufacturing lines and external warehouses. The successful candidate is a self-starter and can manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. This role requires working closely with Production Leaders and Associates, as well as Materials, Industrial Engineering, and other departments, to drive projects to success. What You'll Do Planning of Material Flow Concepts within the factoryCreation of Material flow Layouts for Lineside, Storage and Commissioning areasOptimization of existing Processes under consideration of lean productions / logistics approachesPreparation of the master data for the material flow systemManaging your projects, budgets, and the timelineConceptualize and plan needed equipment or special equipment if necessaryImplementation of plan concepts with all interfacing departments and external vendors What You'll Bring Bachelor´s Degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent2+ years of working experience (ideally in a logistic project management environment)Knowledge of material flow strategies in a dynamic manufacturing systemExperience in the filed material flow, warehouse, and lineside planning within the automotive industry.Values people, ethics, commitment, fun and an engaging cultureStrong analytical and organizational skillsVery good written and spoken English skills (C1+)Good written and spoken German skills (B1+)Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt and improviseAutoCAD experience preferred , Tesla
