In this role, you’ll get to:

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimisation strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Partner closely with business functions to identify opportunities, analyse trends, and apply tools such as SQL or Tableau.
Communicate findings, performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed:

4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e-commerce or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, translating data into actionable insights.
Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse: SQL, Tableau, MS Excel.
Innovative problem-solving and ability to navigate the organisation to get information and implement solutions.
Stakeholder management & communication: ability to influence and persuade across all levels, including senior management.
