We are looking for an Associate (m/w/d) in the Corporate area at our Berlin office of a leading independent European law firm. The Corporate practice group is one of Germany’s most renowned corporate law teams. Clients include multinational companies, investors and financial service providers who are assisted with highly complex international transactions and economically significant matters.

The Corporate team in Berlin provides focused advice and outcome-oriented solutions for its national and international clients on Corporate Governance & Corporate Compliance design, corporate restructuring and strategic alignment, as well as matters concerning securities and capital market law, executive remuneration, liability and group law, and insider law.

If you want to join an open and dynamic team, excellent legal qualifications and very good English are expected. We look for practicing associates (m/w/d) with an interest in economic matters and the readiness to tackle challenges in an international environment. Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or a PhD are welcomed.
