Für unser **Value and Risk Advisory Team in München, Nürnberg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf oder Hamburg** suchen wir Dich als # **Associate (m/w/d) – Value and Risk Advisory**# **Das erwartet Dich*** Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte für Immobilien und Portfolios* Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss* Management von Ressourcen, Risiken und Prozessen* Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren (ImmoWertV / BelWertV, RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)* Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in deutscher und englischer Sprache* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VRA-Produktteam zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Daten* Identifizierung von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL* Standortübergreifende Projektzusammenarbeit innerhalb von Deutschland und mit den Bewertungsteams in EMEA **Was Du mitbringen solltest*** Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.)* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich* Erste Schritte in Richtung HypZert F Qualifikation eingeleitet oder aber HypZert F bereits erlangt* Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Geschäftsproblemen und zur Empfehlung von Best Practices* Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder Projekten* Sehr gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung **Unser Angebot*** Auszeit und Erholung durch 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr und bis zu 10 Tage Bildungsurlaub* Zugriff auf die globale JLL Weiterbildungsplattform zum gemeinsamen Entwickeln deines individuellen Karrierepfads* Förderung von und Kostenübernahme für immobilienwirtschaftliche Fortbildungen und Mitgliedschaften (z.B.
