Associate Project Manager (m/f/d)

Construction is responsible for preparing, installing, commissioning and finally handing over wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost‑effectively and with a high‑quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Support/Substitute PM on execution projects (e.g. own workstreams within projects)
• Support Management Team & lead internal improvement projects
• Assignments in other functions to broaden Vestas know‑how
• Take over own projects with guidance from experienced PM
• Develop into full PM by working increasingly independently

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or similar. You could have a commercial background combined with technical understanding or a technical background combined with strong commercial understanding. In addition:

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management is preferred
• Good business acumen/analytical skills and good understanding of the value chain
• Ability to keep the overview and think ahead, but also to appreciate the operational aspects
• Good IT skills and Experience with the Microsoft packages, SAP, BI or equivalent EPR knowledge
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
