Overview

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager South, this position supports Arthrex UK Ltd to provide surgeons and theatre staff with the best professional training and support for the imaging business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Territory Managers and Imaging Sales Specialists in case cover and surgeon support.
• Supporting surgeons in General, Colorectal, Gynaecology, Upper GI, ENT, Urology and Orthopaedics across training and backup during surgery.
• Driving forward all aspects of the imaging business within the region.
• Running training sessions for nurses to enable future support in cases.
• Managing expectations of all cases to ensure priority cases are covered.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree educated; relevant fields include medical, anatomy, sciences, physiotherapy or technology.
• Experience in a clinical/theatre role, ideally focusing on endoscopic equipment, surgical endoscopy or medical sales.
• Ability to manage relationships with professionals and theatreifo staff.

• Proactive, self‑motivated, disciplined, quick to learn and retain product knowledge.
• High level of competency and understanding of human anatomy.
• Practical and flexible approach to work.
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Working Arrangements

• Full‑time Monday to Friday (40 h/week) with occasional weekend work.
• Regular regional travel throughout the South West region with occasional UK travel.
• Training & education events at Innovation Point (Solihull) and sometimes Munich, Germany.
• Preferred locations: South West England (e.g., Bristol).
