Your responsibilities will include:* The further development of our internal Economic Excellence Center through market intelligence, trend studies and business intelligence.* Contribute to pioneering research projects and help to define tomorrow’s supply chain strategies.* Deliver analytics services through programming and data management, including mathematical modelling and simulation.* Collaborate on team activities and internal initiatives like retrospectives to strengthen our agile culture. ## **What makes you a great fit*** You hold a Master’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.* Strong technical skills in mathematical modelling and simulation such as Matlab or R.* Proficiency in Python, including relevant libraries like NumPy, SciPy or Pandas.* First experience within the logistics or supply chain management industry..* You’re self-driven, eager to learn and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table. * Remote work from anywhere in Germany and up to 90 days per year within the EU.* Flexible working hours (great for parents and night owls alike).* Option for additional unpaid vacation (to fit your life).* Time and budget for training and development.* Flexible mobility Budget and subsidized Urban Sports Club membership.* Mental health coaching through our employee assistance program (your mental health is important to us).
