Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Tax

Was erwartet Sie

• Ein vielfältiges Team mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Freude an der gemeinsamen Zusammenarbeit
• Beraten Sie nationale und internationale Unternehmenskäufe Private Equity Investments Zusammenschlüsse und Joint Ventures in einem internationalen Steuerteam
• Planen und begleiten Sie gesellschaftsrechtliche Strukturmaßnahmen sowie die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Konzernstrukturen
• Beraten Sie Organe bei strategischen Entscheidungen
• Lernen Sie das nationale und internationale Unternehmenssteuerrecht kennen und beraten Sie umfassend zu komplexen steuerlichen Fallgestaltungen
• Entwickeln Sie Management Incentive und Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogramme

Was uns überzeugt

• Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium und Referendariat mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse die Sie sicher in der täglichen Arbeit anwenden
• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Steuerrecht idealerweise in einer international tätigen Kanzlei sind von Vorteil
• Ein abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen (wünschenswert)
• Begeisterung für juristisch anspruchsvolle Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und globalen Netzwerk
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
• Kommunikationsstärke Empathie und professionelles Auftreten
