Your Mission
The Growth team at Upvest is driving our go‑to‑market activities, spanning across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. RevOps acts as the key enabler – driving predictable revenue growth and operational excellence by aligning strategy, systems, data, and processes across the full revenue engine.
Our mission is to become the Investment‑as‑a‑Service category leader for Europe’s leading brokers, banks, wealth managers, and non‑financial platforms. We’re honoured to work with some of Europe’s leading brands in a fast‑moving and expanding market – and we’re just getting started.
As Upvest enters its next stage of growth, we’re looking for a motivated, outcome‑driven RevOps Manager to join us. You’ll play a vital role in scaling how we plan, execute, and optimise our go‑to‑market strategy across multiple revenue motions and all Growth domains. The role goes well beyond tooling or technical implementation; it is highly strategic and suited for those who want to influence the bigger picture.
This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To
- Turn data into action : Drive real impact by turning GTM data into sharp insights. Your work will inform strategy, keep pipeline performance on track, and give leadership the clarity they need – from daily execution to boardroom decisions.
- Engineer a seamless client journey : Own the systems and processes that connect all Growth domains. You’ll design and refine how we work together across the entire client lifecycle – so that every handover is crisp and every touchpoint delivers.
- Build repeatable ways to win : Help us sell smarter. You’ll standardise sales approaches, materials, and playbooks to reduce guesswork, shorten sales cycles, and make high performance repeatable.
- Enable the team to close big deals, faster : Shape pricing strategy, streamline approvals, and make sure the right incentives are in place. You’ll help our team negotiate and close high‑value deals with speed and confidence.
- Level up the team : Help grow a high‑performing Growth team. You’ll support onboarding new joiners fast, and run training that sharpens both team‑wide and individual skills – while building strong habits, learning culture, and team energy.
What You Bring
- Experience : 1‑2+ years in RevOps‑related roles (ideally within investments, banking, or wealth), preferably in a B2B setup and working with API‑based products. You have a track record of driving strategic projects and are comfortable getting hands‑on via systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Industry Exposure : Strong interest in investments, securities trading, and software‑/infrastructure‑as‑a‑service products (e.g., BaaS).
- Project Management : Proactively drive complex strategic initiatives to successful outcomes while making execution efficient and straightforward for others.
- Methodologies & Processes : Hands‑on experience in standardising and optimising sales processes, guided by sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and applying them practically in a results‑driven way.
- Mindset : Eager to learn, approach challenges in a data‑driven manner, and solve problems with a bias to action and attention to detail.
- Location : Preference for candidates located in Berlin.
- Language : Fluent in English (written and verbal). German skills are a plus.
