The OE Technology division for overall vehicle assembly supports the entire assembly production process by providing technical support (3rd-level support in series production, product integration, refurbishments, etc.). Another key focus of the OE is driving technical advancements in the areas of digitalization and innovation in close collaboration with all relevant interfaces, such as production planning or IT planning.

Aufgaben

• Implementation of innovation and technology projects in the production environment
• Introduction of new digital work tools in the production environment
• You will complete the first project within your target field Digital Process Innovation Planner (lngolstadt Plant)
• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Qualifikation

• A university degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Al Engineering of Autonomous Systems ; Digital Business ; Artificial Intelligence) or a similar qualification.
• Above-average academic performance
• Programming languages and experience with certain systems (Python, SQL, C
• / .NET, JavaScript)
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent English and German B2
