For our client, we are looking for Auditor Transition Support / Auditor Support (m/w/d) – Part-Time. An experienced professional to support the end-to-end transition of fund auditors across multiple funds.

This role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and strong regulatory knowledge within the asset management environment.

Your Tasks

  • Orchestrate Annual Reports Production for German funds with external parties, ensuring that all parties involved in the process are well informed regarding the status of the reports production
  • Schedule, moderate and track weekly JF with all stakeholders
  • Monitoring and controlling to ensure that deadlines for the delivery of the annual and semi-annual reports are met
  • Support or solve queries in a timely and efficient manner, independently if the root cause is with an external partner or with an AllianzGI internal function (Distribution, Risk, Legal)
  • Ensure stable BAU of the existing processes
  • Ensure that the Golden Source is up to date for German Funds (timeliness & correctness)
  • Timely delivery of Fund Audit status on production for Management Reporting
  • Support on initiatives and projects that impact the Fund Audit Area for German Funds: i.e. prepare documentation, support on planning, support within the transition phase

Your Skills

  • Degree in business administration or economics with focus on finance and capital markets is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English
  • Working experience in fund audit area would be beneficial, but is not a must
  • Minimum experience of 3 years within the asset / fund management industry
  • Good understanding of processes in the asset management business and requirements regarding regulatory documents
  • Strong willingness to learn and eagerness to take over responsibility
  • Seniority to work independently as well as the ability to work with teams
  • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
  • Affinity to figures, careful and structured method of operation combined with strong accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
