Das sind deine Aufgaben

• In deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung als Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement (w/m/d) organisierst und koordinierst du unter anderem bürowirtschaftliche sowie projekt- und auftragsbezogene Abläufe.

• Du gewinnst umfassende Einblicke in die folgenden Bereiche:

  • Kundenbetreuung : Du bist der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere Kunden.

  • Rechnungswesen : Du erfährst, wie die Buchhaltung funktioniert, und hilfst dabei, Rechnungen zu erstellen und zu prüfen.

  • Vertrieb : Du entdeckst, wie du Verkaufsstrategien entwickelst und umsetzt, und supportest unser Team dabei, neue Kunden zu gewinnen.

  • Einkauf : Du lernst, wie wir Waren und Dienstleistungen beschaffen, und wirkst bei der Auswahl und Bestellung mit.

• Du bist fester Bestandteil des Teams und unterstützt es im Daily Business.

• Wir geben dir die Chance, eigenständig bei spannenden Projekten  mitzuarbeiten, an Herausforderungen zu wachsen  und ALD Automotive mitzugestalten.

• Verbunden mit dem Ausbau deiner Soft Skills und deiner Business-Englischkenntnisse bereitest du dich bestmöglich auf die Übernahme von verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben nach der Ausbildung  vor.

Das bringst du mit

• Realschulabschluss, Abschluss der Höheren Handelsschule oder Abitur

• Spaß an herausfordernden Aufgabenstellungen in einem dynamischen und komplexen Unternehmensumfeld

• Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für Automobile

• Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis und idealerweise erste Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
