DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

In August 2026 you will begin a three‑year apprenticeship as Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen. You will learn to plan, organise and steer business processes and gain hands‑on experience in:

• Patientenaufnahme
• Medizincontrolling & Erlösmanagement
• Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Personalmanagement
• Marketing und Qualitätsmanagement

Your training will take place on site at St. Georg and in our central areas in Barmbek, while theoretical instruction occurs at the Berufliche Schule City Nord in Hamburg. By the end of your apprenticeship you will be fully prepared for all commercial functions in a hospital setting.

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes (Fach‑)Abitur or a very good middle school diploma – or currently attending one
• Interest in economic processes and curiosity about how a hospital operates behind the scenes
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook, and comfort working at a computer
• Friendly, open‑minded interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and telephone
• German language skills secure in both spoken and written communication, ideally at C1 level
• Team player, organized with strong time‑management and the ability to handle multiple tasks
