Responsibilities

• Attend training in all operational and administrative departments of the hotel.
• Support the entire team with day‑to‑day activities.
• Learn the detailed processes governing daily hotel operations.
• Complete training in the Company and in the vocational school.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of lower secondary education (minimum: Realschulabschluss).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality (internship) is desirable.
• High degree of flexibility, reliability and resilience.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm for the role.
• Polite and refined mannerisms.
• Charming, fresh and heartfelt appearance, and a neat appearance.
