Authorization Lead HCM (d / f / m)

What you’ll do

• Define and implement access control policies and procedures
• Create and implement security processes and procedures
• Define and assign user roles and permissions within cloud environment
• Generate compliance reports
• Monitor and audit system access activities
• Respond to security incidents and breaches

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in security and access management, preferably within HR or IT systems
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, access control models and compliance standards
• Deep understanding of security concepts and principles
• Proven ability to analyze, assess and mitigate security risks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with fluent English skills
