Role Responsibilities

• Create detailed content on managing key autism‑related challenges such as sensory issues, meltdowns, nutrition, and potty training.
• Develop guidance on childcare sourcing, sitter/nanny evaluation, and support systems for families.
• Document approaches to community rehabilitation and long‑term housing planning for adults with autism.
• Provide expertise on parent support frameworks and family dynamics, including couples‑support guidance.
• Ensure clarity and accuracy aligned with project standards while working independently and asynchronously.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a social worker, parent coach, or autism‑focused support leader.
• Proven experience advising families on common autism care challenges.
• Deep familiarity with daycare, childcare, and community service resources.
• Experience with housing and long‑term planning for adults with special needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
