Automation Engineer – n8n Workflow Development for E-Commerce/CRM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to create n8n workflows that automate key processes for our e-commerce/CRM applications. The goal is to streamline tasks such as customer account management, order tracking, and data synchronization across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Configure n8n with headless browser support (Puppeteer/Playwright/Chrome).
• Automate workflows for tasks such as user login, product/order data extraction, form submissions, and CRM record updates.
• Integrate workflows with APIs, databases, or webhooks to sync data between e-commerce and CRM systems.
• Provide error handling, retries, and scheduling to ensure reliability.
• Deliver clear documentation for installation, execution, and maintenance.

Deliverables:

• Functional n8n workflow files covering agreed e-commerce/CRM use cases.
• Verified execution with test accounts and sample data.
• A deployment guide for local and server environments.
