Job Description

• Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost, time, and operational efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using automation tools and support the development of API services for internal data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor workflows, and improve reliability through error handling and alerts.
• Collaborate with HR, ERP, Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Document process flows, data mappings, and best practices for long‑term maintainability.
• Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical/analytical field.
• Hands‑on experience with programming language (e.g., Python or similar) with a basic understanding of APIs and data handling (SQL or simple transformations).
• Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, n8n or similar) and general familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Interest in automation tools, system integrations, and willingness to learn.
• Exposure to any ERP system integration platform (e.g., SAP CPI or Oracle OIC) would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English.
