Responsibilities

• Workflow automation: You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Power Automate or traditional paper processes.
• Process optimisation: You analyse existing workflows and identify potential for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with various teams and customers to develop and successfully implement customised automation solutions.
• Tool integration: You ensure that automation tools are seamlessly integrated into existing systems and processes.
• Quality assurance: You ensure that all automated processes meet novalutions' high quality standards and function sustainably.
• Reporting: You create regular reports on the success and performance of the automated workflows and make recommendations for further optimisation.

Your Profile

• Experience: You already have experience in automating workflows with tools such as n8n, Power Automate or are familiar with traditional process flows.
• Technical affinity: You have a strong interest in process automation and basic knowledge of workflow tools and system integration.
• Strong communication skills: You can communicate clearly and transparently with internal teams and customers, both in German and English.
• Problem-solving orientated: You work in a structured way and find creative solutions to make processes more efficient.
• Flexibility: You are open to new technologies and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
