Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cognizant in Life Science Manufacturing in CE region

We are looking for experienced Automation Engineers to support the technical scope of a multisite Automation-OT initiative. The role requires strong expertise in DCS and process engineering, with hands-on experience in regulated environments. Siemens PCS7 experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement automation solutions for process control systems
Support DCS architecture and integration across Frankfurt and Dublin sites
Collaborate with process engineers and validation teams to ensure compliance
Apply GAMP 5.2, GxP, and CSV principles throughout the system lifecycle
Contribute to the development of ISA88 batch strategies and ISA95 integration models
Take ownership of transitioning from Basis of Design (BoD) to Detailed Design (DD) deliverables, including:
Functional Specification (FS) and Design Specification (DS) development in cocreation with the vendor (Siemens)
Coordination of technical workshops and design reviews
Monitoring and tracking of software development activities performed by Siemens
Ensuring alignment between process requirements and automation implementation
Supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning preparation
Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems during commissioning and operations
