We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Automation‑OT to lead and coordinate cross site activities between Frankfurt and Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience managing automation projects in regulated environments, with a solid understanding of DCS, SCADA, and process engineering principles.

Mainz, Rhineland‑Pfalz, Germany

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across Frankfurt and Dublin sites
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including automation engineers, process experts, and validation specialists
Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and GAMP 5.2 standards
Facilitate integration of ISA88 and ISA95 frameworks into project execution
Oversee the transition from Basis of Design (BoD) to Detailed Design (DD) deliverables
Collaborate and coordinate closely with the vendor (Siemens) to align technical scope and timelines
Support risk management and change control processes

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Automation‑OT project delivery within life sciences or process industries
Strong understanding of DCS, SCADA, and process control systems
Familiarity with GxP, CSV, GAMP 5.2, ISA88, ISA95
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
