Role Overview

Beyond X Labs GmbH is seeking a Junior Automotive Technical Support Specialist to support OTA operations, vehicle diagnostics, and Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) activities for a leading automotive organization in Germany.

In addition to core automotive responsibilities, the role will contribute to selected AI and digital initiatives across the company. This position is ideal for a motivated early-career professional with a strong technical foundation in automotive engineering and an interest in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Automotive Operations

• Support Over-The-Air (OTA) software deployments across vehicle platforms
• Assist in monitoring OTA performance and escalating issuesSupport vehicle activation, connectivity setup, and troubleshooting
• Perform vehicle diagnostics using DTCs and log analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and operational teams
• Contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and documentation

AI & Digital Support

• Support internal AI and automation initiatives
• Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks
• Contribute to workflow optimization and digital efficiency improvements
• Collaborate on innovation and digital transformation topics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of vehicle bus systems (CAN, Ethernet)
• Exposure to ECU software, diagnostics, or OTA concepts
• Hands‑on experience (internship, thesis, or project work) in automotive technical environments
• Interest or initial experience in AI, automation, or data‑driven tools
• Analytical and structured working style
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• German language skills are an advantage
