AVIATION - Operations Engineer Training (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• define Starlab Crew and Ground Support Personnel (GSP) training facility concepts including simulators and physical training facilities for system and payload training activities

• support definition of training methods and tools: classroom, simulators of varying fidelity, self-study materials, and/or interactive computer-based applications

• elaborate use of next-generation training tools and approaches, e.g. virtual reality, artificial intelligence-guided, remote, just-in-time, and/or on-demand training technologies

• define the training policy and implement strategy for specific customers

• perform all project management office activities such as budget controlling, planning and risk analysis for training programs

Your profile:

• a degree in aerospace, electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science (or equivalent)

• basic knowledge of computer-aided design

• experience in the field of spacecraft operations/engineering

• knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems architectures and mission training concepts

• ability to learn fast, able to work pro-actively and comfortable working in full autonomy,attention to details

• good communication and presentation skills
