Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership in Customer Projects: Guiding the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that meet client needs.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively with Business Stakeholders: Understand goals and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Development of Concepts Regarding Reliability, Security, Performance, and Cost-Efficiency: Ensure optimal operation and value.
• Design and Implementation of Cloud-Native Architecture (Serverless-First): Leverage AWS services to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Active Involvement in Implementation and Application Development: Work closely with development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes.
• Development and Implementation of Security Blueprints in Multi-Account Environment: Ensure robust security postures across different AWS accounts.
• Development of Customized DevOps Automation Platforms: Streamline operations, improve deployment processes, and enhance productivity.
• Strengthening of Company-Wide Engineering Best Practices: Drive continuous process improvement and maintain high standards of technical excellence.
• Engagement in Supporting Team Development: Through proactive mentoring and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Your profile / Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English
• Several years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, or networking
• In-depth expertise in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures aligned with business/technical goals
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Advanced experience and knowledge of the AWS cloud platform and services
• Advanced experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Advanced knowledge of AWS architecture patterns (software, infrastructure, serverless design)
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)
• Experience on projects where technical-business alignment was important
• Good knowledge of network design and implementation
