Your profile

  • Completed vocational training and/or university degree
  • Practical experience in B2B and B2C sales; experience in the education sector is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • User knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is an advantage
  • A high degree of initiative, organizational talent, empathy, and teamwork skills complete your profile

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a new colleague to join our B2B Sales Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hours a week starting as soon as possible.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • New acquisition of B2B corporate clients and conducting professional sales discussions in the field of dual study programs
  • Support and strengthening existing partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Advising prospective students and matching them with partner companies
  • Independent project management and preparation of documentation of relevant client information for companies and students
  • Collaboration with our national and international offices and colleagues, as well as ensuring and enhancing corporate client satisfaction
  • Organization and execution of information sessions, networking events, and trade fair appearances on campus, across Germany, and online
