B2B Customer Care - Euro-pallet Stockkeeping m/f/d

Our customer is active in the logistics industry, focusing on transport and warehousing. The euro-pallet serves as a central means of transport. The commercial department is responsible for documenting and managing the inventory of euro-pallets in the various warehouses and with customers.

To expand the existing team, we are looking for you (m/f/d).

What will I be doing:

1. Booking of pallets (each driver documents how many pallets he transported to and from a location)
2. Sale and rental of pallets
3. Complaint processing (damaged pallets, inventory differences)
4. Disposition (ensure availability of pallets when and where required)
5. Communicate with the drivers

What you bring:

1. Enjoy working in a commercial environment
2. Experience in working with PC applications
3. Service orientation
4. Can work shifts
5. Initial experience in customer support is an advantage but not a prerequisite

Fluent in German or Dutch.
