As the B2B Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social (all genders), you are more than a campaign manager; you are a strategic architect of our B2B client acquisition engine. You will take ownership of our paid social universe, primarily leveraging the power of LinkedIn to engage and convert our most valuable clients. You'll architect sophisticated campaigns, analyze key decision-makers within customer accounts and use our CRMs to focus on the results that truly grow our business: high-quality customers.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, manage significant budgets and build comprehensive campaign frameworks that consistently unlock new growth opportunities. You will be a central partner for our Go-to-Market teams, ensuring our paid social campaigns are a powerful, integrated component of our go-to-market approach. Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and other platforms) to drive high-quality pipeline and scalable demand.
Apply expertise in targeting complex buying committees, supporting tailored messaging and strategies for multiple stakeholders within target accounts.
Execute and support demand generation initiatives that go beyond lead capture, helping position HeyJobs as a top-of-mind solution in the market.
Work closely with CRM, RevOps, and Analytics teams to analyze the full customer journey, optimize down-funnel performance, and improve ROAS.
Contribute to channel performance management, including budget planning, forecasting, and reporting that links paid social efforts to business impact.
Drive hypothesis-led testing across creatives, copy, and audiences, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvements.
Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Design, contributing insights to broader marketing goals and company OKRs.
