B2B Sales Manager Europe (f/m/d) - Media & Sports

We are looking for a driven, open‑minded sales manager with strong communication skills to join our international sales team and support our business growth in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Expand IMAGO’s footprint in Europe by establishing new customer relations within the Sports and Media industry (e.g., online news businesses, broadcasting, production companies, PR agencies and brands).
• Drive new business generation through hunting, cold calling, self‑prospecting and proactive outreach to new customers.
• Capture prospect and customer feedback to continuously improve IMAGO’s solutions and tailor our offerings to market needs.
• Establish a profound network in the market by attending industry events and meetups.
• Collaborate with our Content (Photographer Partner), Marketing and Product Development teams to continuously improve IMAGO’s offering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales (2+ years).
• Interest in media, licensing and/or sports industries – prior experience is a plus.
• High degree of self‑organisation, self‑motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Confidence and experience in cold calling, with a strong drive for proactive new business acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., Greek, Portuguese, Dutch or Danish) is a plus.
