B2C Sales Manager (English & Russian) (m/f/d) – remote

Transparent Hiring is an international relocation and recruitment agency helping IT professionals from around the world build careers in Germany and relocate there with confidence. We’ve been growing steadily for over five years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team. We are looking for a dedicated B2C Sales Manager with English and Russian language fluency to join our fully remote team and drive our global sales efforts. We believe in the power of effective sales strategies and are seeking a talented individual to drive our B2C sales efforts to new heights. Responsibilities:Present and sell our B2C job search and relocation servicesManage and convert inbound leadsRe-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunitiesConduct sales video callsBuild strong, long-term client relationshipsCollaborate with marketing, relocation, and operations teamsTrack activity and performance in HubSpot CRMReport regularly on KPIs and results Requirements:Fluent Russian and English (C1 minimum)3+ years of successful sales experienceProven ability to close deals via phone/video callsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsProactive, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude Nice to Have:Experience in EdTech, services, or relocationBackground in high-value B2C deal closing (€5K+)Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace tools What We Offer:100% remote, full-time opportunityFlexible working hours (must overlap with EU time zone)A chance to grow with a mission-driven startupWork with a fun, international, and passionate team Want the flexibility of working from anywhere?
