Your Responsibilities

Lead a team of 13 sales experts in the field.
Develop and coach employees while increasing team performance and achieving regional goals.
Coordinate staffing for consumer events and report opportunities to the Event Executive.
Identify and share innovation and improvement opportunities for your team’s interaction with consumers.
Collaborate with the B2B Team Lead on POS‑frequency locations.
Coach staff in daily consumer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal marketing code and adult‑only engagement.

Required Qualities

Strong consumer orientation and insight into consumer needs.
Experience leading larger teams is advantageous.
High empathy, communication skills and teamwork.
Independent, results‑focused with analytical, presentation and numerical skills.
Enjoy travelling and bring flexibility.
Driving licence and excellent German and English language skills are mandatory.
