💥BAAM - Business Automation & AI Manager (Full-Time)

Your mission: Build the digital backbone of a fast-scaling mobility startup. 🤝

This startup-client of NOA is now shifting into full scale-up mode. They’re serious about creating an AI- & automation-first culture and want someone in-house to own and expand this vision. That’s where you come in.

As their first automation & AI hire, you’ll design, implement, and run workflows that connect systems, cut complexity, and unlock growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, sales, and operations teams - supported closely by us from NOA - to set up the processes that will scale the business. This is a role with massive impact and ownership: you’ll be shaping a core function from the ground up, with the chance to grow into building your own team in the near future.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

• Workflow automation: Build clean, reliable workflows with tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Integration work: Connect CRMs, ERPs, databases, and SaaS platforms into seamless processes.
• AI & agents: Take automations further by integrating AI models and building lightweight agents that make workflows more adaptive and autonomous.
• Solution design: Spot inefficiencies, map out business needs, and translate them into scalable digital processes - always focused on delivering business impact.
• Enablement: Spread the automation-first mindset through workshops and sessions, helping colleagues recognize and act on opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

• You’re a builder at heart - hands-on, curious, and driven to solve problems with logic and creativity.
• You’ve worked with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, UIPath, PowerAutomate) before and aren’t afraid of diving into APIs or JSON.
• You bring startup experience and thrive in fast-moving environments; consulting experience is also a plus.
• You’re a strong communicator, able to work across departments and take ownership from day one.
• You’re based in Munich and fluent in German & English.
