About the Role:

As a Backend Developer on the AI team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure and services powering our AI chatbots, using cutting-edge frameworks like Python, JavaScript, SQL, Next.js, Supabase, and TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with product owners, AI developers, and UX specialists to deliver scalable, reliable backend solutions that meet the needs of our users.

What You'll Do:

• Design and Implement Backend Systems: Build scalable, high-performance backend services that power our AI chatbots’ capabilities.


• Innovate Continuously: Optimize backend architecture with frameworks including Python, JavaScript, SQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Supabase, focusing on AI/ML system integration.


• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with AI developers, product owners, and UX teams to define, design, and deliver robust backend features and enhancements.


• Participate in Code Reviews: Uphold high code quality and best practices in backend development.


• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address backend performance and reliability issues to ensure excellent user experience.


• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest backend and AI industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development practices.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience with backend frameworks and technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Supabase.


• Proficiency in AI/ML systems integration and backend algorithms.


• Experience with API design and development, including RESTful services and database management.


• Familiarity with data modeling and database operations, particularly using Supabase.


• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
