Back Office Analyst – Lending Transaction Processing (M/F/X)

Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading international financial institution, a Back Office Analyst – Lending Transaction Processing Officer to reinforce its Finance Directorate.

Your role

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring lending transactions , ensuring their accurate and timely processing within the Bank’s core lending systems. You will operate in a structured and collaborative environment with high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Your main responsibilities

Record key contractual data of lending operations in the core lending system

Process disbursements and lifecycle events (prepayments, credit updates, restructurings, etc.)

Monitor lending transactions to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and other operational teams

Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations within a team of back-office specialists

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, ideally in lending operations or back-office functions

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

Languages

Excellent command of English , both written and spoken
