Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

• Set-up & management of Maintenance plans, Charger Inspection plans, LOLER plans
• Set-up & management of Full Service Restrictions
• Set-up & management of standard customer discounts
• Supporting management of 3rd Party / foreign equipment processes
• Conversion of maintenance plans to dynamic maintenance plans, where time allows

Requirements for success:

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a back office, administrative, or financial support role is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, filters).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide administrative and back-office support to other departments when required.
