Backend Developer (m/f/d) - AI/ML / SaaS

You'll be a key part of the team, responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of the innovative platform.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain the core backend services and APIs that power our application.
• Work with our data-driven approach to ensure our platform is ethical, effective, and scalable.
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and build a world-class product.
• Take ownership of your work, from initial design to deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack web development.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI preferred) or similar backend frameworks.
• Confidence in designing and working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with REST API design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Git for version control.
• A keen analytical mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• (Nice to have) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
