Introduction

As a Mid‑Level Backend Developer (Kotlin & Spring Boot), you’ll be part of a collaborative team where your work directly impacts the products our customers use daily. You’ll build new features, optimize performance, and help us grow a backend that’s reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the conceptualization, development and automated testing of a scalable APIs.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance and enhancement of software systems.
• Ensure software quality through testing and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to supplement our perpetual quest for betterment.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years experience in development using Kotlin.
• You have experience with a diverse set of tools (e.g. Spring Boot, Hibernate ORM, PostgreSQL or Oracle).
• You’re a go-getter: you are passionate about developing great products and self-learning.
• You have a formal education in computer science? Cool. You don't? Also cool, tell us your story.
• You’ve had experience working with agile workflows.
• Bonus: You have a Startup and/or Finance background.
• Bonus: You have experience with Kafka.
• You’re passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
