The Team
The cross‑functional international team focuses on media and file management, crafting intuitive experiences that empower users worldwide. You’ll work closely with design, product, and frontend engineers to continuously improve the File Manager and related media tools. Passions for backend technologies and transforming complex systems into seamless experiences are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Improve and develop web‑based clients, native apps, and RESTful web services.
- Work in a cross‑functional scrum team and deliver high‑quality, tested code.
- Participate in code reviews, give and receive valuable feedback, and continually learn.
- Own your work, from feature development to quality and environment concerns.
- Iteratively push code, maintain a solid CI/CD pipeline, and automate where possible.
What You Need to Be Successful
- At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer using Go.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for building high‑impact products.
- Preferably agile experience.
- Commitment to quality, clean code, and continuous learning.
- Good English communication skills.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Respect for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
