We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to join a brand-new organisation launching in the UAE, building a completely greenfield platform that’s the first of its kind in the region.

Opportunity
The company is building every core platform, from internal tools to public-facing services, entirely in-house. To do that, they’re assembling a brand-new tech team on the ground in the UAE. You’ll be among the first engineers to help architect and scale mission-critical systems from day one.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for mid to senior-level Backend Engineers who bring both strong technical capability and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset. You should be comfortable owning end-to-end development and communicating clearly with product and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core
• Strong experience building and scaling API-driven platforms
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), architecture, and testing
• Experience working on large-scale, high-performance systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
