For our office in Munich, Germany, we are looking for you, at the next possible date, in the function of:

Bank, Treasury, and Intercompany Senior Accountant (f/m/d)

You oversee daily banking transactions, reconcile multiple bank accounts across entities and currencies, and ensure accurate posting in ERP systems like NetSuite.

You maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms.

You monitor and resolve bank discrepancies, fees, and fraud alerts.

You keep documentation for banking and intercompany transactions in line with policies and audits.

You support treasury projects like cash management system implementations and process improvements.

You monitor and forecast daily cash flow across Censhare and Entirely, and prepare cash flow reports.

You manage short-term borrowing or investments to optimise cash usage in collaboration with the Head of Global Accounting and CFO.

You prepare and review intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance.

You reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.

You assist with the close processes, including banking and intercompany transactions.

You collaborate with internal departments to improve processes.

You leverage NetSuite for banking, cash management, and reporting.

You customise workflows to streamline treasury operations. Educate junior staff on best practices and financial modules.

Because you have a lot to offer

You have 5+ years in treasury or banking accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

You are a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

You have advanced knowledge of NetSuite and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

You have strong financial modelling, forecasting, and risk assessment capabilities.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

You are excellent at communicating in English & German, and have interpersonal skills.

You pay attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

You can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
