Bauleiter Bodenmanagement (m/w/d) – Private Residential Construction

Responsibilities

Clarify underground utility and mining measures
Lead abbruch, sanierungs, erdbau and erschließungs measures in planning and execution phases
Define scheduling for erschließung, abbruch, erdbau and freianlagen in coordination with hochbau construction lead
Control subcontractors regarding schedule, quality and cost compliance
Assist in regular creation of project overhead invoices
Invoice control of specialist engineer and subcontractor services
Responsible for guarantee return and flawless handover in erschließungs area

Qualifications

Completed degree in civil engineering / architecture or comparable qualification
Minimum three years of experience in the above field
Strong technical and commercial understanding
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good German language skills
Ability to work independently and goal‑oriented, with strong communication and organizational talents
