Bauleiter:in (m/w/d) im Ingenieurhochbau – ZÜBLIN Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Responsibilities

• The position can be full-time or part-time.
• Organise and execute construction projects on the shell/construction site (Rohbau) with consideration of economic and technical objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation and enforcement of Nachträge (change orders).
• Negotiate with Auftraggebern and Nachunternehmern; you enjoy stakeholder negotiations.
• Drive optimization of fabrication and working processes.
• Plan, control, inspect and settle subcontractor performances; monitor progress and site results.
• Control construction progress and carry out site result verifications.
• Personnel deployment planning and leadership come naturally to you.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience is advantageous; newcomers are welcome.
• Knowledge of an accounting and calculation program, e.g., RIB iTWO, is advantageous.
• Good familiarity with Office 365 and openness to a variety of digital applications.
• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team.
• Independent, committed and responsible work attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work at varying sites.
