Position Overview

This is a Germany-based role requiring fluent/bilingual (C2) German. The company is a fast-scaling SaaS firm providing weather and market intelligence to manage risk across agriculture, energy, and finance sectors. They operate globally with a focus on Europe, North America, and Asia, attending numerous industry events annually.

Your Role as Business Development Representative

You will be the face of the company in the DACH market, building pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and booking demos. This involves working with warm leads from pre-qualified sources, not just cold calling.

• Generate and qualify outbound leads via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Book meetings with C-level and VP stakeholders.
• Attend 2–4 industry events monthly in the DACH region.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6+ months in SDR, B2B sales, or related roles. SaaS or tech experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Driven, competitive, coachable, resilient, curious, eager to learn.
• Languages: Fluent/Bilingual German (C2) and Business English.
• Location: Based in Germany, remote with monthly travel to London HQ and regional events.
