As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ambassador of our brand, connecting with customers and providing personalized advice on beauty products and services.
You will work closely with the sales team to maintain a visually appealing store display, ensuring that products are accurately priced and easily accessible to customers.
In addition to your retail experience, you will also participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice on beauty products and services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing returns and exchanges, and restocking shelves.
- Participating in visual merchandising activities, including creating displays and arranging merchandise to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Assisting with inventory management, including counting stock, reporting discrepancies, and participating in cycle counts.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues, through effective communication and teamwork.
