Responsibilities

• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on our platform

• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers
