Responsibilities

• Wiedereingliederung und eigenständige Betreuung von langzeiterkrankten Mitarbeitenden (BEM)
• Erstellung von individuellen und zielführenden Maßnahmenplänen
• Führen vertraulicher Gespräche mit einzelnen Mitarbeitern
• Absprachen mit internen Abteilungen (v. a. Betriebsrat, Betriebsarzt, SC-P)
• Prozessüberwachung und Begleitung der einzelnen Wiedereingliederungsfälle
• Rechtssichere Dokumentation und Verwaltung der einzelnen Fälle
• Nach Bedarf Absprachen und Einbeziehen von externen Leistungsträgern als Unterstützung in den Mitarbeiterfällen
• Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Projekten, die sich aus der Arbeit im BEM ergeben

Qualifications

• Erfahrung als BEM-Koordinator, Disability-Manager oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
• Diskreter und streng vertraulicher Umgang mit allen Daten, die im BEM-Prozess anfallen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
