• You support the Store Manager in achieving the set budget goals as well as in organizing stock movements and merchandising on the sales floor.

• You conduct regular trainings so that your employees become specialists and stay motivated.
• You recognise potential and promote it together with the management team through individual training.
• The safety of your team is always your top priority.
• You are responsible for organizing, preparing, and monitoring the entire delivery process, ensuring compliance with the given guidelines. Additionally, you actively contribute to new projects.
• You analyze and optimize storage capacity through detailed organization of stock movements and ensure the restocking process on the shop floor, using operational KPIs to guide your decisions.
• You ensure efficient functioning of the fitting rooms and cash tills.
• As the point of contact for technical devices and software in the store, you keep track of the latest updates.
