STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)

As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of the store. You lead your leadership team with clarity and inspiration. You set priorities, drive sales and productivity, and ensure every collection is visible and comes to life on the floor. You know that a successful store thrives where people are motivated, challenged, and empowered. You read numbers, customers, and trends – and act quickly, decisively, and effectively.

Through your decisions, you strengthen your team, drive the store forward, and make BERSHKA more tangible and engaging.

With your vision, the store becomes a place where fashion comes alive – and excitement is felt by everyone who walks through the door.
